Peterson Limited Warranty

Peterson Industries, Inc. warrants our products to be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of invoice. Manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of any product proved to be defective.

Peterson Industries, Inc. sole responsibility, if any such detect should occur, is to replace the defective product under the same delivery conditions as the original order, or, to refund the cost paid to Peterson Industries, Inc. by the purchaser for said merchandise, in no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any labor expended or any other costs incurred for the removal of defective product or parts, or the installation of replacement product or parts. Peterson industries, Inc. will not be responsible for any additional freight costs or for any other incidental or consequential damages.

Manufacturer shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out the use, or inability to use the product for its intended use, purchaser assumes all risk and hability whatsoever in connection therewith.

This warranty specifically excludes material which has been subject to abuse, neglect, or which has been damaged by the use of caustic or abrasive cleansers.
